However, in the rare instance that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within thirty (30) days of your purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return, exchange, and/or refund.
All purchases follow a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, or for carrier errors or incorrect shipping info.
In the event you do not receive your shipment, we are happy to assist you with the claims process with the carrier.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the order was placed. We cannot accept returns on coffee because it is a perishable item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which it was received, and must be in the original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additionally, please note that you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of your item.
